Address (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), Access route from other sites (Full URL),
Hyperlinks followed from our site, visits to individual web site
pages and documents (including time/date/duration stamps).
We further collect all data you voluntarily entered and submitted on
the forms published on our site.
We further collect and archive all electronic communication received
from you, including email, email attachments, electronic data
submissions, server uploads to our server space, voice mails, and
fax transmissions.
Why do we collect it - We collect the above information for internal
purposes only.
The access data information is collected in order to keep track of
our web site usage and to incidentally monitor whether or not a
specific person or organization has accessed a specific page or
downloaded a specific file or document.
The form data submitted is collected in order to be able to better
serve you and respond to your queries and requests. We further use
the form data to allow you automatic access to pages requiring
initial registration or login authorization. And we use your title
and surname to personalize your experience following registration,
by displaying your title and name on the navigation bar.
How do we collect it - All data is electronically collected, either
on our servers or on JRD operated equipment elsewhere.
Do we use cookies - Yes, we may choose to do so, in order to
facilitate the aforementioned automatic access to pages and the
personalized experience. If used, these cookies are stored on your
own computer system and may be deleted by you at any time and at
your own discretion.
Data stored on NWSD equipment elsewhere is secured using industry
standard measures.
Who has access to or uses it - Contracted server hosting personnel
and NWS staff only have access to the data. NWSD executives only are
allowed to use it for NWS purposes only.
To whom is it disclosed - It is never disclosed to any party, except
when prior consent is explicitly requested and received from the
party from whom the data was retrieved.
When is it disposed of - It is disposed of at our discretion.
Sometimes it is disposed of within hours, sometimes we choose to
archive and retain information for long term reference purposes.
